Lyyah’s Beignet
Beignets, a fried wheat dough, are popular throughout the world, appearing in different shapes, textures, tastes and names. The Italians call their version Zeppole; the Mexicans call it Bunuelos; the Nigerians call it Puff-Puff; Cameroonians call it Beignets, although this may also refer to the Puff-Puff type.

Lyyah’s Fish Roll
Fish pies are a popular West African street food. You will typically find these in Nigeria, Ghana, and in Cameroon where it is popularly known as “Fish Roll”. This version of the popular party snack is made with spiced shredded fried fish (usually Mackerel) or spiced mashed sardines rolled up in a lightly sweetened short pastry.
