Delivery Policy, Privacy, and Terms of Business

Delivery Policy

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to the schedules of third-party couriers, who may not be able to guarantee specific delivery windows. Lyyah Foods commits to keeping customers informed regarding the dispatch and expected delivery date of their orders, including providing tracking references.

Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer during registration, unless a different address is chosen at checkout. Lyyah Foods reserves the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas or remove particular regions from its delivery schedule entirely.

Product availability depends on current market conditions. To ensure fair distribution, the company may limit the quantity of certain items, especially those on offer, per customer. If any ordered goods are unavailable, reasonable substitutes may be provided, possibly at a different price. Customers may refuse substitute items and will be refunded accordingly. Substitute items will be identified at delivery, giving customers the opportunity to accept or reject them.

Lyyah Foods will strive to deliver complete orders. If an order is incomplete or incorrect, customers should notify the company immediately; charges will not apply for incorrect items. The company’s liability is limited to the value of incorrectly delivered goods and associated delivery costs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. An appropriate person may be asked to sign for the goods. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained, and the customer will be notified. Arrangements will be made to attempt redelivery. Failure to be present for delivery may result in full charges for perishable items and the cost of delivery.

Adverse weather or other events outside reasonable control may cause delays or cancellations. In these instances, the company will contact customers to reschedule. Liability is limited to the price and delivery cost of undelivered items.

Deliveries will generally only be made to a person able to receive the goods. If the customer instructs Lyyah Foods to leave a delivery unattended, the company disclaims liability for any issues arising from unattended deliveries, including theft, tampering, contamination, or temperature changes affecting chilled or frozen items.
