He has occupied key positions at reputable multinational companies, including SAB Miller, Unilever, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Danone, and Tiger Brands, the largest multi-category FMCG company in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Dr Nche’s work over the years has focused largely on delivering value-added solutions for consumers and shareholders. He holds numerous patents and scientific publications.

Dr Nche is recognized for his curious, meticulous, and agile approach, consistently striving for excellence. He is dedicated to mentoring young talent and is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders while positively influencing their communities.

Currently, Dr Nche sits on the advisory boards of several commercial, Scientific Research and not-for-profit organizations in South Africa.
